采用Fluent软件对液压挖掘机速度切换滑阀流道及阀口的流场进行仿真分析。根据得到的流场压力场、速度场和湍能场对滑阀流道及阀口进行性能分析及结构改进。最终分析结果表明,改进后的结构能有效平缓流场、降低阀内静压力和湍动能的损失,减少振动和噪声。

The Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the flow field of the channel and the valve port of the speed switching slide valve in a hydraulic excavator. According to the pressure field, velocity field and turbulent energy fieht of the flow field, the performance analysis and structure improvement of the flow channel and valve port were performed. The final analysis results show that, the improved structure can effectively smooth the flow field, reduce the static pressure and the loss of the turbulent kinetic energy inside the valve, and reduce vibration and noise,
