曳引式货梯的蜗轮在轿厢下行过程中发生断裂，通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、断口扫描电镜分析等，分析了蜗轮轮齿断裂产生的机理与原因。结果表明：蜗轮轮齿断裂处主要以解理断裂为主。

The turbine of traction type elevator was cracked when the elevator car was going down. The failure reason was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and SEM analysis. The results showed that main fracture of the turbine is cleavage fracture.
