文章采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,选用RSM湍流模型对固―液水力旋流器中水细煤粉两相的三维流场进行了数值模拟研究。给出了旋流器内的压降分布和切向速度分布。其中,在同一轴向位置上,压力随半径的减小而减小,在径向方向上压力梯度很大;沿半径的方向,切向速度由外到内可以分为3部分:紧靠器壁的边界层、中间部分的上升段以及中心部分的下降段。此外对粒径在0.5~0.9μm的煤粉颗粒运动进行了数值模拟。文章的工作对进一步合理设计旋流器进行实验,计算旋流器内的多相流动提供了基础和参考。
Based on the method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD),an Reynolds Stress Model was used to simulate the water-fine coal two-phase flow in a liquid-solid hydrocyclone.Fluid tangential velocity distribution and pressure drop conditions inside the hydrocyclone were obtained and analyzed.The pressure drop reduced as the radius decreased in the same axial position,and the pressure gradient changed obviously in the radial direction.The tangential velocity was divided into three parts from outside to inside: boundary layer close to the wall,the middle part of the stream rose and the center part of the stream drop.The again,the particle size of pulverized coal particles from 0.5 to 0.9 μm were studied by numerical simulation.The work of the paper provided a good base and reference for rational design and the further research of multiple phase flow in the Liquid-solid Hydrocyclone.
