利用UG软件实现热等静压氮化处理炉模型的建立,并利用UG有限元分析模块对模型进行受力分析,在此基础之上对整个装置进行整体的装配设计。分析结果为主要受压部件的设计提供参考数据,也为受力元件的材料选择提供了参考,从而为整个装置的设计提供了合理可靠的依据。利用UG的高级建模功能和装配功能将装置的零部件设计并装配起来,将整个装置更加直观的描述,也为设计的合理性、装配的合理性提供了一定的参考。

It builds the model of nitriding furnace for isostatic pressing equipment by UG,and makes force analysis for it by finite element analysis(FEA).Then the overall design and assembly of the equipment are made on the basis of it.Analysis results provide the reference data for the design of the main pressed parts.What’s more,it helps us to select the materials.As a result,the reasonable basis for the entire device is got.With UG’s advanced modeling and assembly function,the components of the device can be assembled.So it gets the entire device which is more direct to watch.Besides,it can give us some reference of the rationality of the design and assembly.
