Optimization Design of Joint CutterCAI Junxia(Automobile Engineering Department,Baotou Vocational Technical College,Baotou 014030,China)Abstract:Alloy foil of corrosion resistance,high strength after cutting gap discontinuity in joint cutter was put into the netmachine,and it can he made into mesh explosion suppression materia1.The material can be directly into the flammable,explosivefluid containers,and also can go continue processing,or was put into the bal making machine and was made into spherical explosionsuppression materia1.In this paper,through the analysis of joint cutter technology design based on the cutter,expounded the work-ing principle and structure characteristics of the machine,focusing on cutting sewing machine structure,namely the tool,transmis-sion and guided three aspects of device were discussed in details,and also discussed how to make appropriate adjustments in the slitperfect operation process test machine to show the characteristics of optimization design。

Key words:joint cutter,explosion suppression material,design,structure,test run1 切缝机的用途及技术设计依据切缝机是制造网状抑爆材料的设备,主要用于在铝合金箔上切 出不连续的切缝 ,随后 由拉网机将切缝铝箔制成网状抑爆材料 。

切缝机 的主要技术参数如下 :切缝铝箔 的最大宽度为 200 mill;切缝铝箔的厚度 范围为 0.03~0.10 mitt;切缝的尺寸(切缝长度为 17 mrn,切缝连接部长度为 4 Inm,筋宽为 1.7 mm);切缝机的生产率为 3O kg/h;切缝机的外形尺寸为 1 500 mm×600mm×950 mm;切缝机的功率为 0.4 kW;操作人员为 1人。

4 结语本文对 DSTATCOM 的 2个关 键技术- 检测方法和控制方法进行 了深入讨论 ,提出了相应 的方法,并通过理论分析和仿真试验证 ,明了所提方法的正确性 ,分析了 DSTATCOM 的动态性能 。
