介绍了100kt/a乙烯裂解炉因双闸板闸阀的机械联锁设施卡死而造成不能正常清焦工作。针对双闸板闸阀不同的工况、不同的动作及结构强度,从配管柔性等进行多方面的分析,并提出改进管道走向的措施。在实际应用中得到验证可行。
In this article, the situation in which decoking in 1 O0 kt/a ethylene cracking heater cannot work due to broken mechanical interlock device in DDTC was introduced. With respect to different working conditions, activations and structural strengths, the flexibility of piping was analyzed and compared. It was shown that during the period of decoking, the deck was opened for bypass, the load subjected to the valve body greatly exceeded its maximum allowable load so that the valve deformed and damaged. The measure of changing the layout of piping was proposed, which has been used in practice and proved to be feasible.
