以Y211-115型封隔器为例,利用CAD/CAE技术,通过三维动态模型对封隔器进行结构设计、机构仿真,并对其密封关键部件――胶筒组合进行了有限元分析。详细给出了虚拟环境下封隔器及其关键部件设计和研究的基本过程。实现了封隔器的参数化设计,虚拟样机和关键部件力学性能的仿真分析,对封隔器,尤其是压缩式封隔器的设计与仿真分析具有指导意义。

In this paper,taking the packer Y211-115 type as an example, using the CAD/CAE techniques, the virtual proto- typing analysis and mechanical properties of the key components has been realized. The basic process of the design and re- search of the packer in the virtual environment has been given. The parametric design of the packer, virtual prototyping and simulation of the mechanical properties of the key components are all achieved. This process plays an important role in the de- signing and simulation of the packers.
