center is a kind of CNC machine tool with
magazine,which
can
change
tools
automatically
and
perform multi-working procedure.After
one
set-up,the
CNC
system
will control the machine to select or
change tools,change
the
spindle speed
and feed
rate.It also control relative movement between tool and
workpiece.Multiworking procedure
machining
on several faces of the
workpiece
can be achieved.The
development
of this kind
of machine has an immeasurable effect on
manufacturing industryS development
in Chian.
Excellent design of electrical
principles
and servo motor
matching
will not
only optimize
machine
performance,improve processing efficiency
but also
play
an
important
role in
securing
machine
safety
and
operatorS
life.
The author was in
charge
of the
design
for VDL800E-vertical
machining
center.The
designs
of servo motor
selection,electrical logic drawing
and electrical
principle drawing
are
based on machine
parameters
and CE certification
requirements
listed in BS-ENl24172001.
This
paper
has broad
application
on the
development
of CNC machine tools,through
the
description
of the
requirements
and the
analyzing
of the movement of the vertical
machining
center VDL-800E.Make a
general study
of the
torque,inertia
servo motor match
a.Then,analysed the CE certification of the
safety
standards and based on the
safety
standards make the
design
of electrical
logic drawing,and design
of electrical
principles
drawing
