The revolute pair clearance tolerance of retracting mechanism is provided in aircraft maintenance data,but the position tolerance of landing gear is not provided in aircraft maintenance data,this situation lead to maintainers can not effectively evaluate the performance of landing gear on daily maintenance,aiming at this problem,Firstly,the position equation of landing gear on ideal status is established,secondly,the force in retracting mechanism is analyzed.Finally,the position error calculation model of landing gear is established base on continuous contact model.The calculation model is applied in a certain type of aircraft,the position tolerance of landing gear is obtained,the characteristics of revolute pair clearance effect on position error are analyzed.Engineering application shows that,the calculation model is correct,the calculation and analysis results can be used to establish a new method for performance evaluation and maintenance of landing gear.针对飞机维护资料中仅给出收放机构转动副间隙许可值而未给出起落架位置误差许可值,致使日常维护中无法对起落架性能进行评估的状况,首先建立理想状态的起落架位置方程,其次对收放机构进行静力分析,最后基于连续接触模型,建立起落架位置误差计算模型。将该计算模型应用于某型飞机上,计算得出了起落架位置误差许可值,分析了转动副间隙对起落架位置误差的影响特征。工程应用情况表明,计算模型正确,其计算与分析结果可用于建立一种起落架性能评估和维护的新方法。
