The tribological characteristics and heat transfer behavior of nano-MoS2 based lubricating oil were investigated. Layered structured nano-MoS2 particles were suspended in a base lubricating oil with the aid of a dispersant (Span80) to achieve good suspension stability. The rheological behavior and thermal conductivity of the base oil and nano-MoS2 based oil were measured and compared. The results show little changes in the viscosity and a significant increase in the thermal conductivity compared with the base oil,indicating the nano-based oil formulation could serve as a good heat transfer fluid. The friction characteristics and wear behavior were studied with a four-ball tribotester. The resuhs indicate that the nano-MoS2 based formulations have a lower friction coefficient and a better anti-wear behavior than the base oil in all lubricant regimes.研究纳米二硫化钼润滑油的摩擦学性能和传热性能。将片层状的二硫化钼纳米颗粒分散到基础润滑油中,通过加入适量的分散剂(Span80)制备出稳定的纳米润滑油悬浮液。实验测量纳米悬浮液的流变特性和导热性能,测试结果发现加入适量的纳米颗粒后黏度与基础润滑油相比变化不大,而导热系数明显提高,表明所制备的纳米润滑油是一种理想的传热流体。采用四球摩擦试验机对纳米润滑油的摩擦磨损性能进行研究分析,发现在不同摩擦实验条件下,所制备的纳米二硫化钼润滑油相比基础润滑油均表现出了较低的摩擦因数和较好的抗磨性能。
