Molybdenum disulfide nanospheres were prepared by a surfactant-assisted method with polyethylene glycol as wrapping agent. The phases, morphologies and microstructures were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The syntheti- cal triboloical performance of MoS2 nanospheres was tested through a four-ball tribological testing unit, and compared with that of commercial ultrafine MoS2 particles. The optimization mechanism on tribological performance and the formation mechanism of MoS2 nanospheres were discussed preliminarily. The results show that the as-obtained sample is MoS2 nano- spheres with a particle size about 100 nm. Compared with commercial ultrafine powder, the MoS2 nanospheres show better synthetical tribological performance.采用表面活性剂促助法,以聚乙二醇为包覆剂,制备出二硫化钼纳米球。通过XRD,SEM和TEM对产物进行表征,分析其物相组成和形貌结构;采用四球摩擦试验机对比研究二硫化钼纳米球和市售超细二硫化钼粉末的综合摩擦性能;对二硫化钼纳米球的形成机制及其摩擦性能优化机制进行初步探讨。结果表明:所得产物为二硫化钼纳米球,粒度约为100nm;相比于市售超细粉末,二硫化钼纳米球具有更加优良的综合摩擦性能。
