Multi-axial tension-torsion low cycle fatigue life experiments of Ti-6Al-4V alloy were conducted on the MTS tension-torsion complex testing machine with torsion strain control and non-proportional cyclic loading mode with such loading paths as circular, rectangular, square, oval and diamond. The experimen- tal results were compared with those calculated by using equivalent strain model, energy model, and criti- cal plane model, and the results indicated that the critical plane model was more accurate prediction model to predict the multi-axial low cycle fatigue life of Ti-6Al-4V alloy.在MTS拉扭复合疲劳试验机上,采用扭转应变控制、非比例循环加载方式,依次按比例、圆形、矩形、正方形、椭圆形和菱形加载路径,对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行多轴拉扭低周疲劳寿命实验,将结果与等效应变法模型、能量法模型和临界面法模型的计算结果进行对比分析.结果表明,基于临界平面法模型的预测,对于Ti-6Al-4V合金多轴低周疲劳寿命估算具有较高的准确性.
