This paper investigated on the problem that the laying angle of prepreg was beyond control and the operation was difficult during the process of laying prepreg. By adopting the method of finite element technique, the AutoCAD model of cut mould was achieved through compounding some facets which came from decompounding the spherical surface. The cut mould achieved great efficiency in the production process.本文针对球面天线罩在预浸料铺覆过程中铺覆角度无法精确控制、铺覆操作难等问题进行研究，应用有限元分解的思想，将球面分解为一系列小平面，并由这些小平面拟合出了预浸料铺覆所需下料模板的AutoCAD模型。按照该模型数控加工出的下料模板实际使用效果良好。
