New-type TiB2 based composite ceramic material is produced with hot-pressing method. The influence of sintering temperature and sintering time to densification of the material is studied. It shows that in the sintering temperature range of 1470-1530℃, sintering temperature has big influence to densification of BT30 and BT30A10, while in 1530-1590℃, the influence to BA30 is more significant. With the time of keeping warm longer, the relative density of BT30, BA30 and BT30A10 is all increased greatly, but in case the sintering time exceeds 60min and 30min, the densification of BT30 and BA30 does not change much.用热压烧结法制备了新型TiB2基复合陶瓷材料,研究了烧结温度和烧结时间对TiB2基复合陶瓷材料致密化的影响。研究发现在1470-1530℃的烧结温度范围内,烧结温度对BT30和BT30A10的致密度影响较大,在1530―1590℃范围内,烧结温度对BA30的致密度影响显著。随保温时间的延长,BT30、BA30和BT30A10的相对密度均有大幅度提高.但是当烧结时间分别超过60min和30min后,BT30和BA30的致密度变化不大。
