The analysis thermal-structural coupling of finite element model for ball-screw system is established. Through thermal analysis, the highest temperature in the screw of the ball screw system is about 24.657℃, which increased 4.657℃, while the temperature of the bearings is about 24.14℃, which increased 4.14℃. The high temperature of ball-screw contacted with screw and bearing parts is 22.587℃, while the rest of the temperature is on more than 21.552℃. Then the temperature loading is loaded on the model for thermal-structural coupling analysis. It was showed that the biggest thermal deformation is located in the screw. The maximum thermal deformation reaches up to 4.9um. And the thermal deformation of the ball-screw is smaller due to the influence of heat conduction screw. The maximum deformation occurred in the near screw, which is about 1.633um.建立滚珠丝杠系统的热-结构耦合分析有限元模型,通过热分析得到滚珠丝杠系统中螺母的温度最高,约为24.657℃;,温升为4.657℃:左右轴承的温度约为24.14℃,温升为4.14℃:滚珠丝杠与螺母和轴承接触部分的温度较高,大约22.587℃,其余部分的温度不超过21.552℃。然后将分析得到的温度作为载荷加到模型上进行热-结构耦合分析,得到热变形量最大的地方位于螺母上,最大热变形量达到4.9um;而丝杠的热变形比较小,由于受到螺母传导热的影响,最大变形发生在靠近螺母处,大约为1.633um。
