Based on the analysis of the welding of the end structure of aluminum alloy metro,a new tooling for subway is designed for the actual use of the environment, and it was successfully used in the welding of Kunming number first subway line. The practical results prove that the tooling can meet the requirements of structural end welding, and make welding operation more convenient. The tolerances on dimensions and shape and position tolerance are qualified, locating dimensions reliable, clamping a solid, easy to operate and improve the efficiency. The design can meet the design demand.对地铁用铝合金端部结构的组焊工装进行了分析，结合地铁实际使用环境，设计了一种新型工装，并成功用于昆明一号地铁线的焊接。经实践证明，该工装满足了端部结构组焊的要求，焊接方便，尺寸公差和形位公差合格。
