注塑改性尼龙和烧结PTFE衬垫杆端关节轴承摩擦学性能对比研究

The friction coefficients, wear depths and friction temperatures of two kinds of rod end spherical plain bearings with nylon liner by injection moulding and PTFE liner by sintering under an oscillating frequencies of 1.5 Hz and a load of 24 MPa were investigated by a high oscillating frequency and heavy load tribo-tester. With the help of SEM, the differences of worn surfaces of the two rod end spherical bearings were investigated. The results show that the tribological properties of the bearing with nylon liner are better than those of the PTFE liner. Under the 1.5 Hz and 24 MPa condition, the mild adhesive wear is appeared on the surface of the bearing with a nylon liner, while the bearing with a PTFE liner appears serious adhesive wear.利用自制高频重载杆端关节轴承摩擦磨损试验机,在摆动频率1.5Hz,轴承接触压力24MPa条件下,对比分析注塑改性尼龙衬垫和烧结PTFE衬垫材料杆端关节轴承的摩擦因数、磨损量和摩擦温度,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对比分析2种衬垫的磨损表面差异。试验结果表明:尼龙衬垫轴承的摩擦学性能优于PTFE衬垫轴承;在1.5Hz和24MPa条件下,尼龙衬垫轴承为轻微黏着磨损,PTFE衬垫轴承为严重黏着磨损。
