In order to improve the deep hole boring lathe bed complex mechanical properties, with T2120 deep hole drilling and boring machine as the research object, the 3D software Pro/E establish lathe bed structure solid model, and then will be imported into the entity model of ANSYS lathe bed modal analysis, and calculates the lathe bed natural frequency and vibration mode. With ANSYS software topology optimization module to the lathe bed topological optimization analysis, according to the results of the optimization design to improve the bed. The improved lathe bed inherent frequency have increased significantly, the quality has been cut by 27.5%. Topology optimization to reduce weight and material best distribution goals.为了提高深孔镗床床身的综合力学性能,以T2120深孔钻镗床为研究对象,采用三维软件Pro/E建立床身结构实体模型,然后将实体模型导入到ANSYS中对床身进行模态分析计算出床身固有频率和振型。用ANSYS软件拓扑优化模块对床身进行拓扑优化分析,根据优化结果对床身进行改进设计。改进后的床身固有频率有明显提高,质量减少了27.5%,达到了拓扑优化减重和材料最佳分配的目标。
