Experimental studies of speed-up vibration characteristics were carried out on turbo-expander supported by hydrodynamic ,hydrostatic and hybrid gas bearing. The low-frequency whirl and whip characteristics of rotors were analyzed. Based on the working mechanisms of different bearings, the methods to improving low-frequency were brought up. The results show that changing the groove structure of dynamic bearings and changing the supply pressure of hydrostatic bearings can postpone or inhibit the low frequency vibration. Combining the advantages of dynamic and hydrostatic bearings, hybrid bearing can work at high speed without low frequency vibration.基于气体轴承一转子结构的轴系,选择同一透平膨胀机转子分别进行典型动压、静压、动静压气体轴承升速振动特性对比试验,分析转子低频涡动和振荡性能特征,同时结合不同气体轴承结构的作用机制,给出抑制或消除轴承低频振动措施及方法。结果表明:动压轴承通过改变内表面槽型线,静压轴承通过改变供气压力可以推迟或抑制低频振动发生;动静压轴承结合了动压和静压轴承的优点,能在较高转速下无低频运行。
