The three-dimensional and complex structural design of the aircraft digital flexible jig and the digital assembly process make the assembly simulation necessary for the assembly and jig design.The simulation of digital assembly for complex struture part has been achieved by use of breakthrough of assemldy process and mechanism motion simulation technology based on assembly process file mapping technology and assembly process simulation model. Taking the digital flexible assembly design and ils assembly simulation process of some aircraft part as an example, the application of DELMIA software on the aircraft assembly simulation and flexible jig design has been dismissed by use of simulation of assembly process for fl'ont wing flap and its flexible jig movement.飞机数字化柔性工装因其结构设计的三维化和复杂化以及装配工艺的数字化等原因,使得装配过程仿真成为飞机数字化装配及工装结构设计的必要手段。基于装配工艺文件映射技术和装配过程仿真模型,通过装配工艺过程及机构运动集成仿真技术的突破,实现了飞机复杂的结构件数字化装配过程的仿真。以某型机部件数字化柔性工装设计与装配仿真过程为例,通过机翼前襟翼部件装配过程仿真及其柔性工装运动仿真,探讨了DELMIA软件在飞机装配仿真及柔性工装设计中的应用。
