流固耦合作用下管道振动模态分析

The modal change of the pipe vibration with or without liquid-solid coupling condition has been analyzed in the text by use of ANSYS Workbench 12.0 simulation software. The influence of different restraints to natural frequency, equivalent stress, and overall deformation amount of the pipeline has been described under liquid-solid coupling condition. The results show that the natural frequency of pipeline vibration has been increased slightly with help of fluid-solid coupling. Proper restraints can not only reduce the equivalent stress and deformation amount but also improve the integrate rigidity of the pipeline. Thus in this way, the vibration and local energy loss of the pipeline has been reduced, as well as the noise.本文运用ANSYSWorkbench12.0模拟仿真软件,分析了有无流固耦合存在时管道振动模态的变化,以及在流固耦合作用下,管道约束的不同对管道固有频率、等效应力和总变形量的影响。结果表明:流固耦合作用的存在使得管道振动固有频率略有增加;适当的约束可减小管道所承受的等效应力、减小管道变形量,提高管道系统整体刚度,从而达到减少振动、减小管道局部能量损失及降低噪声的目的。
