噻二唑衍生物作为润滑脂多功能添加剂的性能研究

利用不同长度碳链的脂肪醇合成3种多功能型极压抗磨剂―2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物,考察其作为添加剂在复合锂基润滑脂中的摩擦学性能及抗氧化性能,利用扫描电子显微镜及X射线光电子能谱分别分析了磨痕表面形貌及表面化学成分。试验结果表明:合成的噻二唑衍生物都能有效提高基础脂的极压、抗磨、减摩及抗氧化性能;噻二唑衍生物在摩擦过程中发生了化学吸附及摩擦化学反应,在摩擦区域金属表面上形成了一层以硫化物为主,同时含有含氮小分子及铁的氧化物组成的复杂边界润滑膜,从而起到了良好的抗磨减摩的作用。 Three derivatives of 2,5 -dimercapto- 1,3,4 -thiadiazoles with different carbon chains were synthesized, and their triboolgical properties and anti-oxidative performance as multifunctional additive in lithium complex grease were elvaluted. The surface topography and chemical constituent of friction surface after test were investigated by X-ray photoe- lectron spectroscopy ( XPS), scanning electron microscope ( SEM), and their anti-wear mechanism was analyzed. The results demonstrate that these compounds can greatly improve the antiwear,load-carrying and anti-oxidative performances of lithi- um complex grease. Because tribochemistry reaction occurs during friction and an boundary lubrication film is formed on the metal surface, the anti-wear and friction reducing properties are enhanced, and the extreme pressure capacity of the base grease is improved.
