综述固体润滑材料中应用最为广泛的硫化物固体润滑剂的研究现状；介绍硫化亚铁、二硫化钼、硫化钨以及二硫化锌固体润滑剂的制备工艺的发展及其相应的润滑薄膜的摩擦学性能；指出进一步弄清渗流层硫化亚铁的减磨机制以及改善二硫化钼的抗潮性以及与基体的结合强度是未来的研究方向。 The current study situation of sulfide lubricant coating which widespread used in the area of solid lubricant were reviewed. The development of common preparation process and corresponding tribological properties of solid lubricant FeS, MoS2, ZnS and WS2 was described. The direction of research in the future is to make clear the lubricant mechanism of ion sulphurized FeS and improve anti-deliquescence properties and bonding strength of MoS2 lubricating film.
