根据防波板的设计输入和基本要求,运用相对旋转作图法设计了平面四杆机构,确定了防波板传动装置的基本尺寸链。运用Pro/E软件进行了零件设计、装配和运动干涉检查。通过验证,防波板的四杆机构设计合理可行。 This article describes the demands and design inputs of weapon＇s shutter,uses relative rotate drawing method to design a kind of plane four-bar mechanism,and then gets the dimension chain.Pro / E is used to design the accessory,assemble the machine and check the interference of motion.The design method is proved to be effective and right by actual construction.
