指出聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的摩擦过程可分为磨合、平稳和失稳3个阶段,摩擦因数和摩擦温度有在较强相关性,且对FIFE复合材料的失效机制进行了分析;归纳PTFE改性的3种途径:填充、原位复合和烧结成型工艺;通过总结FIFE改性的研究成果和近年来的研究情况提出了一些相关研究思路。 The friction process of polytetrafluoroethene (PTFE)composites was given, which was composed of three stages ( running in stage, stable stage and unstable stage). There was strong correlation between friction coefficient and friction temperature. The failure mechanisms of PTFE composites were analyzed. The three ways of the PTFE modification were summarized, that was filler modification, in-situ composite, sintering and moulding. The research situation and the major research ideas of PTFE in recent years were summarized, and some related research ideas were put forward.
