利用高速摩擦试验机对PTFE编织复合材料进行干摩擦试验,研究不同条件(载荷、速度和湿度)下PTFE编织复合材料干摩擦磨损性能;并利用扫描电子显微镜对不同条件下的磨屑形貌进行分析。结果表明:单因素变化条件下,摩擦因数随载荷和相对湿度的增大而减小,随摩擦速度的增大而增大;磨损量随载荷和速度的增大而增大,但相对湿度的增加可降低磨损;载荷及速度的增加显著影响材料磨损状况。 The dry friction tests of PTFE braided composites were carried out on high-speed tribo-tester, and the effects of external factors (load, speed, humidity)on the friction and wear properties of PTFE braided composites were studied. The morphology of abrasive dust under different test conditions was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that by changing single factor, the friction Coefficient decreases with the increasing of load or relative humidity, while showing a increase with speed increasing. Wear mass loss increases with the increase of load or speed, and the rise of relative humidity reduces the wear loss. The increasing of load and speed influences the wear conditions seriously.
