高楼逃生装置作为一种实用新型产品已引起人们的关注和重视。针对逃生装置的关键技术进行设计研究,提出了一种机械式高楼逃生装置的设计方案。首先分析逃生装置的结构组成及工作原理,利用Pro/E软件建立逃生装置的三维几何模型,进行虚拟装配及干涉检测。采用机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS构建虚拟样机,进行运动学/动力学分析。最后加工实验装置。实验测试表明,该逃生装置能够满足设计要求。 As a new-type practical product,the tower escape apparatus have aroused people's concern and attention.After the key technologies of tower escape apparatus being deeply studied, a design plan of a mechanical tower escape apparatus is presented.Firstly,the structure and working principle of this apparatus is analyzed,and a three-dimensional geometric model is built for virtual assembling and interfer- ence detecting in Pro/E.And then, the virtual prototype of this apparatus is created by ADAMS to proceed with the kinematics and dynamics analysis.At last,the experimental prototype is firstly got, which results show that the tower escape apparatus present in it meets the design requirements.
