综述了目前常用的几种主轴动平衡技术和方法，着重阐述了各种采用平衡头技术的在线动平衡装置的原理、结构特点、国内外的研究和应用现状及其优缺点，同时介绍了几种在实际生产中得到广泛应用的采用平衡头技术的在线动平衡装置，并针对高速主轴动平衡的应用指出了主轴在线动平衡技术的发展方向及今后需要解决的问题。 Summarized several spindle balance techniques and methods at present, expounded several on-line balancing devices which adopted balance head technology about their principle, structural characteristics, domestic and foreign research and application situation, advantages and disadvantages. Meanwhile, several on-line balance devices which have been used widely in practical production were introduced. Aiming at the application of on-line balancing technology, points out its development direction of online balancing technology and some problems need to be solved in fresher study.
