通过pore/mechanic模版,建立不同沟槽形式下高分子量聚乙烯水润滑轴承的模型,应用有限元分析方法,分析沟槽形式对轴承应力应变及位移的影响。结果表明:沟槽形状的变化对轴承位移影响不大,但影响轴承应力及应变的分布;当沟槽的形状为圆弧形时,轴承的应力应变的变化趋势比较平缓,容易保持轴承的稳定性。 The water-lubricated ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene bearing in shape of different grooves were created, by using the method of finite element analysis with the pore/mechanic model-plate. The effect on bearing stress, strain and displacement by changing the shape of different grooves was analyzed. The results show that the displacement of bearing is not too much effected by changes in shape of grooves, but to the distribution of stress and strain of bearing, and the shape of the arc-shaped grooves makes the trend of stress and strain change more slowly and maintains the stability of the bearinz easier.
