《装备制造技术}2013年第9期5 结束语ShaPix高精度光学平面测量仪的引入,实现了表面加工过程的“可视化”,易于掌握全局表面特征形貌规律,进而分析其形成机理,并通过前后的图形对比,可以很明显获得改善的方向,推动了顶面加工水平的提高,实现了顶面加工工艺的优化。

作为能获得丰富表面信息,且具有丰富的特征分析功能的高效检测设备,深入地挖掘表面的参数信息 ,将可以能够更好地为加工工艺的进一步优化提供改进方向,对提高我国汽车行业发动机的制造水平有着十分重要的意义。
