分析了天线座的结构特点及工艺难点,采用三维数字化手段设计了加工工艺路线。通过采取对称加工等措施减少变形,实施基准转换,采用基于基准轴的大纵深高精度孔组合镗加工技术,合理设置镗加工切削参数,加工出了满足技术指标的天线座与盖板组合结构。加工效果及检测数据表明,采取的工艺路线及加工方法满足天线座与盖板组合结构高精度轴孔位置要求。

The characteristics of the radar pedestal and its hard points on machining were analyzed. A radar pedestal unit which meet the entire technical targets was achieved, by taken the measure of decreasing deformation, transforming datum, adopting the process of machining high precision and deep hole based on shafts, setting the cutting parameter of boring holes. The machining and measuring results proved the process can satisfy the requirements of high accuracy of spindles and holes.
