Effect of chambersite on friction and wear behavior ofCn.based friction materialGong Lili,Cao Lin,Jia Chengchang,Liang Dong,Shu Xiaoning(School of Materials Science and Engineering,University of Science and Technology Beijing,Beijing 100083,China)Abstract:In order to expand the application field of chambersite,improve performance of Cu-based friction material,the Cu-based friction material containing chambersite powder miled for 30min with 0.5wt% .1.0wt% content wasprepared by SPS.Comparison was made with sample without chambersite.The hardness,density,friction coeficientand wear rate of three kinds of samples were analyzed. It indicates that the sample has higher hardness,the moststable friction coeficient(average friction coeficient is 0.218),and the smallest wear rate when chambersite contentis 0.5wt% .SEM analysis shows that abrasion mechanism is adhesive wear and abrasion wear。
