基于非线性等效弹簧阻尼碰撞模型,建立含间隙的折叠翼展开机构的接触碰撞模型,利用ADAMS软件进行展开机构的动力学仿真,研究了间隙大小对折叠翼展开机构碰撞力的影响。结果表明,在折叠翼展开过程中,间隙的存在导致随机碰撞发生,随着间隙的增大,碰撞力幅值会加大,进一步影响机构的动力学特性。

Based on the nonlinear equivalent spring-damp model, the contact model of unfolding mechanism with clearance was established. Then the folding wing model with clearance was built and simulated under the software ADAMS. The results showed that, in the presence of clearance, the collisions appeared and the impact force amplitude increased as the clearance increased, which greatly influenced the mechanism response.
