为研究润滑气体物性和波箔材料特性对气体动压轴承的影响规律,以Hydresil型波箔径向轴承为对象,在综合考虑气体可压缩性和箔片变形等因素的基础上,运用有限差分法及Newton.Raphson迭代法耦合求解Reynolds方程和气膜厚度方程。分析了不同润滑介质物性参数和不同弹性箔片材料参数下的轴承气膜厚度分布、压力分布以及承载能力。结果表明:粘度从4.21×10^-6Pa?S升高到4.6×10^-5Pa?S,轴承承栽能力提高50%~75%,气膜分布与压力分布也更加均匀;在弹性模量70GPa~340GPa、泊松比0.15~0.45范围内,随二者增大轴承的承载能力分别提高5%~10%、30%~40%。

The influence of lubrication gas property and bump foil material properties on the static characteristics of bump foil journal bearings is analyzed in this paper. Accounting for air compressibility and foil deformation, film thickness analytical model is developed. Newton-Raphson method and finite difference method are applied to solve coupled Reynolds equation and air film thickness equation. Furthermore, the influences of lubri- cational gas property and bump the film thickness, pressure and foil material properties on load carrying capacity are compared and analyzed. In the elastic modulus of 70GPa to 340GPa and the parameters of the poisson's ratio of 0.15 to 0.45 range, the increase of elastic modulus and poisson's ratio helps to improve the bearing capacity of the bearing.
