槽式太阳能集热器集热系统支架的模态分析

通过ANSYS模态分析,计算系统支架不同角度的模态参数。以90°(最大迎风面)为例,结合系统支架不同角度不同阶数的模态参数分析前20阶频率和振型的特点。结果表明:支架结构的固有频率比较低,且前十二阶振型都是集热器元件绕着z轴转动,说明支架系统绕z轴的转动刚度比较小,需要采取加固措施。但是其固有特性参数(固有频率和振型)随角度变化不明显,故设计时不需要考虑频率随角度的变化。
Through ANSYA Modal analysis,different angle of modal parameters are calculated.Taking the model of 90° as example,it analyzes the feature of natural frequency and vibration before the 20th,combined with modal parameter analysis of bracket system under different angle order.The results show that the natural frequency of the support structure is relatively low,and the vibration modes before the 12th order are collector elements are rotating around the z-axis.That is to say,the rotational stiffness around the z-axis is relatively smaller,and need to take measures to reinforce.However,its inherent characteristic parameter(natural frequency and vibration mode) change with angle is not obvious.Therefore,frequency change with angle do not need be considered in the design.
