利用UG／OPEN提供的SDK开发包对直齿齿轮进行参数化设计的二次开发。基于参数化程序设计思路，设置注册开发环境，通过附加菜单方式建立程序菜单；利用UIStyler对话框编辑器自定义交互界面，利用VC＋＋2008创建程序框架，依据渐开线方程及齿轮参数计算公式，用实体建模命令最终得到齿轮实体模型。

This paper realized spur gear parameterization design by UG/OPEN development tools. Based on parametric design idea, the registration development environment was set up, and the program menu was established by additional menu. This program created custom interface of dialog editor by UIStyler, and created framework by VC＋＋ 2008. According to the involute equation and the gear parameter calculation formula, with the help of entity modeling command, this program finished gear entity model finally.
