针对风电齿轮箱传动系统设计过程中各级安全系数难以预先定量控制的问题,建立了完整的风电齿轮箱传动系统可靠性优化模型。结合标准IS06336将轮齿疲劳安全系数进行分类和整理,并将其表示成关于优化变量的显式函数形式,在此基础上制定了合理的目标函数,应用序列二次规划法(SQP)求解优化模型。算例表明:优化后的风电齿轮箱传动系统较好地体现了设计者的预先期望,能够实现各级啮合安全系数预先可控,从而有效避免了传统选配法在这方面的局限性。

According to the quantitative pre-control of the nmltilevel safety factor in transmission system design process of wind turbine gearbox, a complete wind turbine gearbox transmission system reliability optimization model is established. Combined with reference standards ISO6336, gear fatigue factor is classified and expressed as optimization variables of an explicit function form. A reasonable and objective function is formulated, sequential quadratic: programming method is used to obtain optimized model. The example indicates that the optimized wind turbine gearbox transmission system can realize the expectations of designers and pre-control of the multilevel safety factor, and the limitations of traditional matching method is avoided.
