基于DEFORM建立了钻削加工仿真模型,通过对单元类型的选择、网格划分与重划分等优化了模型。设定合理的边界条件,针对不同主轴转速、不同进给步数对切削力和切削热进行了仿真,仿真结果表明所构建的模型正确,仿真参数设置合理,为进一步提高刀具性能以及优化切削参数优化奠定了基础。

The simulation model of drilling machining is built based on Deform. The model is optimized by selecting element style, dividing the network and redividing. Reasonable boundary conditions is set, the cutting force and cutting heat are simulated in view of different spindle speeds and different feed step number. The simulation shows that the proposed model is correct and the simulation parameters is reasonable. This will lay the foundation for further improvement of tool performance and the optimization of cutting parameters.
