Key words：intrinsic safety，drill in the screw hole machine，automation提出了-种弹体钻驻螺钉孔机 的设计方法 ，自动控制系统主要采用 PLC变频控制系统 ，本质安全系统主要采用 NAMUR型传感器及隔离栅。设计出的弹体钻驻螺钉孔机具备 控制装置和相 应 的策略；因此，对于快速生产、精准度要求具有较高的响应控制能力，同时可保证生产过程中人机隔离，确保安全化生产。

1 自动钻驻螺钉孔机的组成1.1 机械设备组成结构自动钻驻螺钉孔机 的机械设备 主要 由防爆 窗、运弹小车 、进给设备 、钻孑L设备 、防爆电动机等组成 。
