The product is composed of the base part, housing and mixing device part, armrest part, liquid pumping aud spraying part, and tapping part. It can be used in many occasions including rural crops spray, agriculture and forestry protection, sprinkler irrigation, spraying of the plants and trees in the park and the campus, and so on. The product has the advantage including strong adaptability, easy to operate, simple and high efficiency, saving resourees, easy to generalize, etc.
