摘要
目前在台灣所種植的蓮子外形主要有圓形及橢圓形二種,本研究所研發之蓮
子脫膜機主要機構包括供料機構、同向差速滾動摩擦筒、撥桿及四只水刀噴嘴所
組成。脫膜作用原理係利用蓮子在同向且具差速之滾筒間滾動,及加上噴嘴利用
水刀破膜的作用進行脫膜。試驗結果發現當撥桿速度2.5 cm/s、噴水壓力6.0 kg/cm2
及平面滾筒之A輪轉速 35 rpm與B輪轉速 52 rpm時,橢圓粒種蓮子脫膜之完全脫
膜率為96.6%;當撥桿速度3.6 cm/s、噴水壓力5.5 kg/cm2 及平面滾筒之A輪轉速 24
rpm與 B 輪轉速 36 rpm時,圓粒種蓮子脫膜之完全脫膜率為 93.3 %,均已邔嶋H

ABSTRACT
In Taiwan the shapes of lotus seeds can be mainly categorized into two types of
round and ellipse.The main mechanisms of developed membrane sheller include a
seeds feeder, two concurrent friction rollers, a disturbing rod and four high pressure
hydraulic nozzles. The seeds are rolling between two rollers to remove themembrane
with the help of four high pressure hydraulic nozzles, which act as water knifes. The
shelling rate is 96.6% for ellipse lotus seeds when the rod speed of 2.5 cm/s, water
pressure of 6.0 kg/cm2 and rotational speed of 36 rpm for A type roller and rotational
speed of 52 rpm for B type roller. The shelling rate is 93.3 % for round lotus seeds
when the rod speed of 3.6 cm/s, water pressure of 5.5 kg/cm2 and the rotational speed
of 24 rpm for A type roller and rotational speed of 36 rpm for B type roller. The
developed lotus sheller can reach the demands of lotus processing, and benefit the
whole lotus seed industry in Taiwan.
