In the titanium alloy surface composite layer of aluminum silicon carbide materials, we can obtain a new type of composite material of titanium alloy and aluminum both SiC material performance advantage. And in order to improve the quality of composite parts, through simulation, we obtain the composite data. To ensure the accuracy of the data, we take the testing of titanium alloy and aluminum based silicon carbide material thermal expansion coefficient as a parameter into the simulation, observe the main factors influencing composite titanium alloy and aluminum based silicon carbide materials in the coefficient of thermal expansion difference. This difference can be improved by adjusting the titanium alloy or aluminum silicon carbide material composition. It provides guidance for analyzing quality of titanium alloy and aluminum based silicon carbide composite parts.在钛合金表面复合一层铝基碳化硅材料,可以获得一种兼顾钛合金及铝基碳化硅材料性能优势的新型复合材料,为提高复合件的质量,通过模拟仿真,获得复合的数据。为确保数据的准确性,将测试的钛合金及铝基碳化硅材料热膨胀系数作为参数导入仿真,观察影响钛合金及铝基碳化硅材料复合的主要因素在于两者的热膨胀系数的差异,这一差异可以通过调整钛合金或铝基碳化硅材料的成分获得改善,这为分析钛合金及铝基碳化硅材料复合件的质量提供了指导。
