微造型结构表面流体动力润滑分析

Through simulation for the real laser micro-texturing surface ,a method by a sine revolving surface to simulate the micro-texture concave surface topography was presented. By setting up the micro-texture surface equation, and calculating the hydrodynamic lubrication of the regular concave surface of limited width by multi-grid technology, it was verified that the hydrodynamic effect could be produced by the concave. By discussing the effect of the ratio of concave depth and film thickness on the hydrodynamic lubrication, it was shown that there was obvious hydrodynamic lubrication effect when the concave depth was sufficiently large with respect to the initial film thickness. The antiwear effect of micro-texture structure surface was verified through the experiments of different concave diameter, and an optimal concave diameter was obtained,which had the best antiwear effect.通过对真实激光微造型表面进行模拟,提出一种用正弦旋转面模拟微造型凹坑形貌的方法;通过建立的微造型表面方程,采用多重网格法计算有限宽规则凹坑表面的流体动力润滑,证明凹坑能在相对运动中引起流体的动压效应。讨论凹坑深度与膜厚比值对流体动压润滑的影响,表明当凹坑深度相对于初始膜厚足够大时,流体动压效应才能得到很好的体瑰。通过对不同凹坑直径的实验,证实微造型结构表面在减磨中的作用,并获得减磨效果最好的最优凹坑直径。
