通过对含有作动器的杆件进行轴力分析,推导出智能桁架节点位移函数,运用随机权重的方法将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题;在轮盘选择的基础上对遗传算法的选择算子进行改进,利用改进后的遗传算法进行求解。以12杆平面桁架为例,对作动器的数目与位置布置进行优化,结果表明只需在杆件1处布置作动器,便可以很好的控制桁架的节点位移。因此,将随机权重方法和改进遗传算法运用于智能桁架作动器数目与位置的优化中,能够取得好的优化效果和较快的收敛速度,与固定权重的方法相比,避免了人为主观性的影响。 With the analysis of the axial force of every bar in intelligent truss, this paper deduced the piezoelectric truss node displacement, and then transformed the multi -objective optimization to the single objective optimization by the method of random weight. Based on the wheel selection, the selection operator was improved, and then the improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the multi - objective optimization. At last, this paper optimized the actuator and number of the 12 bars intelligent truss by this method. The resuhs show that the actuator should be fixed on the number 1 bar, so we can know that the method of random weight and improved genetic algorithm can be used in the optimization of the intelligent truss, and those methods are effective. By comparison with the method of fixed weight, this method can avoid subjectivity.
