(1.School of Logistics,Beijing Wuzi University,Beijing 101 149,China;2.Colege of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,Jinggangshan University,Ji atl,Jiangxi 343009,China)Abstract:As Wigner-Vile Distribution(WVD)has some disturbante term which will results in a false signal and nothigh frequency resolution at some time,a novel method on signal purification and reconstruction- Hilbert-HuangTransform (HHT)spectrum analyses”was proposed to carry on condition monitoring and state recognition of mechanicalequipment.The compared signals included:single signal and composite signal of harmonic wave,amplitude modulationand frequency modulation.The study shows that:HHT Spectrum has higher frequency resolution than WVD,and itovercomes the later defects.But the HHT spectrum is very sensitive to noise,SO the analyzed signal should be extractedand remodeled,and then analysed by HHT spectrum.Real signals of fault gear were also analyzed by this method,andit indicated that the method can be a new and effective way for fault diagnosis and condition monitoring。

Key words:fault diagnosis;gear fault;HHT spectrum;Wigner-Ville distribution对某非平稳信号进行时频联合分布分析时,Wigner-Vile分布(Wigner-Vile Distribution,WVD)应用得较为广泛 1-3]。但是在实际使用时它有某些明显的缺陷,比如:干扰项的存在导致结果中出现虚假信号、有时频率分辨率不够高等。在非线性非平稳信号处理领域出现的-种有效的信号分析工具--Hilbert-Huang变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,HHT),是-种自适应的信号处理方法。Dejie Yu等 提出了- 种基于 HHT的时频熵方法来诊断齿轮故障。Wen。
