干气密封试验台高速转子故障分析及其处理方法

Fault analysis and its treatment of high-speed rotors for dry gas seal test-bedYan Ruqi,Zhang W eizheng,Yu Shurong,Ding Xuexing(College oJ Petrochemical Engineering,Lanzhou University of Technology,Lanzhou,730050,China)Abstract:There exists severe vibration during the process of high-speed operation for a newly-built dry gas seal test-bed,whichseriously affects the operating conditions that dry gas seal requires.After analysis,it was found that obvious vibration at highspeeds is caused by gaps between the shaft and shaft sleeve.The magnitude of interference and stress of interference were calculated for the shaft and shaft sleeve using ANSYS software.and the actual assembly tolerances were then determined and the de-mountable structure was designed.The results reveal that the vibration meets the requirements of the actual operation and the de-mountable structure is reasonable and practicable。
Key words:dry gas sea1;rotors;interference fit;numerical analysis;finite element method干气密封以其优越的性能在石油、化工等工业中应用越来越广泛,如用于泵[1]和压缩机l2 ]旋转机械的密封。然而,干气密封内部气膜平衡间隙普遍为3~5 m,所以其间隙的微小变化将会导致密封环之间的干摩擦或泄漏量增大,为此需要干气密封稳定运行来避免这-不利工况。对某新建的干气密封试验台,进行高速运行时发现有较大的振动,这严重破坏了干气密封需要稳定运行的条件,故找出其产生振动的因素就显得很有必要。张伟政等E4]对干气密封系统角向摆动的稳定性及其振动响应进行了研究;韩明君等[5]对干气密封系统轴向非线性动力稳定性进行了分析;姚德臣等[6]则研究了迷宫密封的物理和结构参数对松动转子运动特性的影响。
目前,对具有单-故障的转子系统已经有了比较系统和详细的研究 7]。关于机械松动故障的报道也很多E8 153,机械松动不仅是设备振动的原因,而
