After establishing equation of involute in rectangular cuordinate system, helical invulule gear solid mudel is created in ANSYS. By using APDL（Ansys parameter design language）,parameterized gear solid model is created based on the user interface, which provides a convenient and effective way to eslablish helical inwAute gear solid model in ANSYS.
