Structure Strength and Coupling M odal Analysis of CirculatingPump Planet Gearbox Used in Large-Power Nuclear StationYANG Chang-hui ,TAN Yong-hu ,XU Hong-bin(1.Key Laboratory of Automobile Part Manufacturing,Checking and Measuring Technology of Ministryof Education,Chongqing University of Technology ,Chongqing 400054,China;2.College of Mechanicaland Power Engineering,Chongqing University of Science and Technology,Chongqing 400080,China)Abstract:The static FEM analysis models of circulating pump planet gearbox are established,then thestatic strength of gear box is analyzed,and the stress contours are obtained.A coupling system dynamicsmodel is established by coupling transmission subsystem and structure subsystem with the suppofl ofbearing.By using Lanszos method,and the natural equency and vibration models are obtained.It isproved the fact that transmission stage clutch gear causes large vibration by the analysis of the gear meshequency with the result,but it will not cause resonance,which lays a foundation for improvement of dy-namic performance and optimization of the planet gearbox used in large-power nuclear station。
