The moment of inertia for 2K-V reducer is researched in comprehensive consideration of the rotary parts (such as planetary wheel, crank axle, planet carrier, cycloidal gear, etc.). The equivalent dynamic model of the mechanical system is built to obtain the equivalent moment of inertia of 2K-V reducer after calculating the moment of inertia of each part by solidworks software. So, it offers the corresponding theoretical basis for the kinetic analysis of 2K-V-type drive and provides a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the characteristics of 2K-V reducer.
