夹套热-固耦合分析设计

运用有限元分析软件ANSYS，对夹套容器建立实际结构的三维模型，对其进行机械应力分析和热应力分析，得出夹套的变形图和应力分布云图，说明温差应力对设备的影响。

By using element analysis software ANSYS, the 3 - D modle of real structure of this jacketed vessel was built. Based on the mechanical and mechanical stress analysis, the deformation of the jacketed vessel and the stress distribution diagram were obtained. The influence of thermal stress to the instability of the vessel was analyzed.
